A group of seemingly unrelated vignettes emerge as both personal and distant, but always intensely emotional in tone… finally, shaping up as in a sketch-book on some features that seems to mark the lives of those who grow up in poor countries. This personal narrative offers neither formulas nor solutions: rather, it is a random pursuit for answers that ultimately unravels into a series of lyrical epiphanies. A sharp eye for detail and a stirring poetic narration turn the images of this film into a moving metaphor for all kinds of wide-raging inequities.
Un grupo de viñetas sin aparente relación emerge como propio y distante; a manera de un cuaderno de bosquejos, intensamente emotivo, da forma a las personas que viven en países pobres. La historia no ofrece ni fórmulas ni soluciones, más bien es una búsqueda de respuestas al azar que finalmente desenmarañan una serie de epifanías líricas. Un ojo avizor para los detalles y una narración poética conmovedora convierten a las imágenes en metáforas para todo tipo de injusticias.
