Resistir Para Existir is a short documentary that illustrates how the Cucapa, an indigenous people from the community of El Mayor, Baja California, struggle to survive after the government has taken away their right to fish in the sea. A fishing community for thousands of years, the Cucapa, now struggles for the right to live and defend their rights.
Resistir Para Existir es un corto documental que ilustra cómo el Cucapa, gente indígena de la comunidad de El Mayor, Baja California, lucha por sobrevivir después que el gobierno les ha negado su derecho de pescar en el mar. Una comunidad milenaria de pescadores, el Cucapa, ahora lucha por vivir y defender sus derechos.
