“Life is not the same” tells the moving story of three children from the streets who having escaped abuse at home, end up in the streets finding refuge amongst each other – with everything against them. Nevertheless – the incomparable and indomitable spirit of children will not be so easily beaten and together they fight each day, as the superheroes they are, against street injustice, the crude memories of home, against society’s indifference and day after day they manage to survive it all – even when their worst enemy, death, pretends to break up their souls.
“La vida no es igual” cuenta la conmovedora historia de tres niños de la calle que han encontrado refugio entre si. Escapados del abuso en sus casas terminan en las calles refugiándose el uno en el otro – con todo en su contra. Sin embargo – el incomparable e indomable espíritu de los niños no se deja vencer tan fácilmente y juntos luchan cada día, como los superhéroes que son, en contra de la injusticia de la calle, de los crudos recuerdos de sus casas, contra la indiferencia de la sociedad y día a día logran sobrevivirlo todo – aun cuando el peor enemigo, la muerte, pretenda quebrantar sus almas.
